Our property development and management company was started with the mission: to provide not only rental properties but homes for people and communities to grow and thrive.

Since inception in early 2002, the we started with just two properties, we now have small communities in Kingston, Gravenhurst and Bracebridge.

Initially the focus was real-estate development and apartments though we have evolved over time to also focus on staff housing and hospitality services.
